What is ACH?

ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a payment system that is utilized to process direct deposit transfers. This is an option available at no cost to you.This eliminates your wait time for royalty payments because they are directly deposited in your bank account on or around the 12th of the month.

How can I keep track of my payments if I do not get a physical check?

Once you have enrolled in the program and received your first payment via Direct Deposit (ACH) you will receive a confirmation email from EOG containing temporary login to our Owner Relations Connect website run by Oildex, a third-party company. Going forward you then have access to your monthly royalty payments and payment history online by logging into Oildex to access our Owner Relations Connect website.

Can I enroll in Direct Deposit (ACH) if I do not have access to a computer?

Yes, you can still enroll in Direct Deposit (ACH) if you do not have access to a computer. Please contact us at 1 (877) 363-3647 and select option 3 then option 2, so we can assist you in setting up Direct Deposit (ACH) and getting statements to you.

How do I set up Direct Deposit (ACH)?

  1. Please fill out the Direct Deposit Online Data Enrollment/Change Authorization Form and attach a check or deposit slip with “VOID” written across it. Check the “New Enrollment” box in step 3. If this is a joint account, all parties must sign the form.
  2. Please mail the completed form and a check/deposit slip to the address below:

    P.O. Box 4362
    Houston, TX 77210-4362
  3. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks to process the enrollment. Once your enrollment has been processed you will receive login information to our Owner Relations Connect website and you will start receiving your royalty payment via Direct Deposit.

What if my Direct Deposit (ACH) information changes?

  1. Please fill out the Direct Deposit Online Data Enrollment/Change Authorization Form and attach a check or deposit slip with “VOID” written across it. Check the “Update Information” box in step 3. If this is a joint account, all parties must sign the form.
  2. Please mail the completed form and a check/deposit slip to the address below:

  3. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks to process the change. During this processing time, you will receive a paper check until your Direct Deposit (ACH) account has been re-established.

How do I terminate Direct Deposit (ACH) and paperless statements?

  1. If you no longer wish to participate in the Direct Deposit (ACH) program, please complete the Termination of Direct Deposit (ACH) Form.
  2. Please mail the completed form to the following address:

  3. After your Direct Deposit (ACH) termination has been processed, you will receive your check and check stub via mail. Please allow 10 business days to receive your check.

How do I set up my online login information?

Once your first payment has been directly deposited to your account, you will receive an email from EOG with login instructions for our Owner Relations connect website where you can view your online statements.

What if I have a problem logging into my account?

If you have technical difficulty logging into your account, please contact Oildex (provider of the Owner Relations Connect Website) via email: Support@oildex.com or phone: 1 (888) 922-1222.

If I have multiple owner numbers, will I get separate login accounts?

Yes, if you have multiple owner numbers, you will receive login information for each account. Your login information will be emailed to you once an electronic payment is processed.
