(EOG) is pleased to provide you with the opportunity to receive your owner interest royalty payments directly through an Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”). What is Electronic Funds Transfer? How can I keep track of my payments if I don’t get a check? What do I have to do? What if my Direct Deposit information changes? How do I terminate Direct Deposit and paperless detail? What is Electronic Funds Transfer? An “EFT” is an automated process that permits funds to be directly transferred to your financial institution (bank, credit union, etc.). The Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment system is utilized to process direct payment transfers. This is an optional service at no cost to you. Electronic Funds Transfers eliminate your wait time to receive funds and the moment the funds are released they will be deposited into your account. Once enrolled in the program, you will receive a confirmation email with login information for our Owner Relations Connect website. You will then have access to view your payments and payment history online as well as receive statements via email. Top of Page What do I have to do? Ask your financial institution if they offer Direct Deposit via Electronic Funds Transfer. If so, please fill out the Direct Deposit/Online Data Enrollment Form at the top of this page and attach a check or deposit slip with “VOID” written across it. Box 4362 Houston, TX 77210-4362 Wait 4-8 weeks for the first Electronic Funds Transfer to begin, at which time your paper statements will no longer be mailed and you will receive login information for our Owner Relations Connect website. Upon receiving a “new” Direct Deposit/Online Data Enrollment Form we will inactivate your original direct deposit instructions while the new instructions are being processed. During this interim period you will receive your payments by check. Wait 4-8 weeks for the “new” Electronic Funds Transfer to begin at which time your checks will stop and paper statements will no longer be mailed as this information will be available on the Owner Relations Connect website. Top of Page How do I terminate Direct Deposit and paperless detail? If you would like to terminate your direct deposit and no longer have your funds directly transferred to your financial institution (bank, credit union, etc.) please complete the Termination of Direct Deposit Form at the top of this page.
