EOG’s Commitment to Employees
For the sixth consecutive year since EOG was eligible for consideration, the company was named to Fortune Magazine’s 2012 list as one of “The 100 Best Companies to Work For.” The list, compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute in San Francisco, bases its rankings on two criteria. First, the company’s policies and its culture are evaluated. Second, and more important, the opinions of the company’s employees regarding credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie are sought.
Being named to Fortune’s “The 100 Best Companies to Work For” is a clear reflection of the quality of our company’s culture. By providing employees with a top-rated environment in which to work, EOG is able to attract and retain some of the exploration and production industry's best and brightest, who will embrace the company’s commitment to corporate responsibility as it continues to grow and expand.
